We will never have all the information that we need at hand when sitting down to design our organizational strategy or a campaign, so being able to identify what we need and how to get it is critical. We help you identify your research needs as you prepare your campaign, and we help you define what you need to research along the way while the campaign is active. We also help you conduct the research itself.
Good research will help you better understand the impact your campaign is having. It is becoming increasingly important to be able to point to evidence of your impact and by defining a monitoring and evaluation framework for your campaign you can continuously see what impact you have. The evidence you gather along the way helps you at the end of the campaign when you are expected to evaluate its result. Donors look for evidence of impact as they are essentially ‘investors’ in social change and want to make sure their money are well spent. Supporters want to know that the action they took led to result. Setting up your monitoring and evaluation framework from the start will save you a lot of hassle later!
